What To Expect During And After The Audition Process.
Phase 1: "submit audition"
When an applicant sends in their audition from the website they will enter into phase one, in phase one auditions will be analyzed based on skill level and attention to detail.
From here applicants will receive an email regarding their results.

Phase 2: Basic Interview Questionnaire
One notified of results, applicants that pass will move to phase 2 and will be sent a written interview, there are no right or wrong answers in the interview. Once completed and submitted applicants will move onto phase 3 automatically.

Phase 3: Detailed Interview
Phase 3 is another written interview and again like phase 2 there are no wrong answers.
Applicants will be provided with a small number of scenarios, all of which are possibilities that could happen either within the group or within the industry.
With answers we would like applicants to break down these scenarios, explain how the situation would make them feel, how it would affect them and potentially how they would work through/ around it if needed.

Phase 4: Training & Regulations
Once phase three is completed an outline of the groups training regiment, plus the groups regulations will be provided for applicants to read over, this is an extremely important part in our audition process as we want everyone to be well informed of how the group works so that there are no surprises, and so that all potential trainees know the sacrifices that will have to be made, the work ethic needed and the rules that will have to be followed to make it to debut within the group.

Phase 5: The Finale
Once phase 3s interview has been completed and phase 4s (I accept the terms) box is checked, applicants will automatically move onto the final phase of the audition process, here they will receive instructions on how to send in their final auditions as well as a possible request if judges are curious, this addition would be optional and would not harm the results of an applicants audition if not done. But will also be beneficial if included.
(Example: sending in a short clip of themselves singing part of a specific song or trying out another audition category along with their final audition)
Phase 6: Welcome
As applicants finish the audition process OR once auditions close (if deciding requires more time), all audition results will be sent out and each applicant that has been selected to join IXU as potential trainees will be notified through email of their acceptance.
In phase 6 it is up to each potential trainee to determine their standing in the final group.
please note that trainees will be kept separate for the first duration of training*

Week 2
in week 2 trainees will each individually be sent a bootcamp checklist to do and fill out, this will be required to send it back by the end of the week (due dates are important)

Week 3
In week 3 trainees will begin their at home training to prepare for their first evaluation. (our first evaluation will be more laid back as we understand having to adjust schedules to fit our training regiment might take a toll on the results at first due to fatigue)
Week 4
Trainees will continue at home training.

Week 5
At the end of week 5 trainees will be given the task of doing a self evaluation, this will include; how they are feeling, what might be some struggles they had while training, what is something they believe they achieved within the short time frame, a short video of themselves practicing their skills, etc.

Week 6
TBA.
